There are two forms of help you might be able to receive.

1. Government Help To Buy (Wales Only) for New Build properties only. If applicable you can receive 20% of the purchase cost to put towards your initial deposit.

Some think that the government have ownership or their name on the deeds; this is incorrect. You will own the property and only your name/s will be on the title deeds. However the 20% help needs to be repaid after 25 years on the current value OR if you sell before that time, the amount paid back is 20% of the sale value.

In addition to this first offer of help is the second option.

​

2. Forces Help To Buy. Now this is something offered to our Serving  Armed Services Personnel to get you on the property ladder subject to meeting the qualifying criteria. However, if you do qualify, you can receive up to 50% of your annual salary, to a maximum of £25,000.00 to assist with your deposit and professional fees.
